I have been involved in competitive chess for many years, both as a player and as a coach. I am an Arena FIDE Master (AFM) and a former rated player in the Egyptian Chess League, where I competed in official league matches and tournaments. Over the years, I have also played in various local and international events, which helped me gain strong practical experience.
Online, my current ratings are around 2100 on Lichess and 2000+ on Chess.com. I stay active in competitive games, which allows me to understand modern trends and practical decision-making under time pressure.
As a coach, I focus on real improvement rather than shortcuts. I work on building solid foundations: understanding openings, improving calculation and tactical awareness, developing positional judgment, and mastering essential endgames. I also help students prepare for tournaments and overcome common psychological mistakes during games.
I have experience training beginners, intermediate players, and competitive students who want to push their rating to the next level. My lessons are structured but flexible depending on the student’s goals. I believe consistent work, clear thinking, and proper guidance can significantly improve any serious player.
If you are motivated to improve and ready to work seriously, I would be glad to help you reach your goals.
