How the coach balance works
How the coach balance works
Each coach has a set rate — a percentage of the lesson cost. After a lesson ends, the system automatically calculates the coach’s reward based on this percentage and credits it to their balance.

After a lesson is completed, the coach's balance increases accordingly. Lessons can be completed by an administrator or by the coach (if they have permission). The credited amount goes to the 'Unpaid money to coaches' category.

All credited sums remain on the coach’s balance until payout. The balance can accumulate from multiple lessons, and payouts can be made on any schedule: daily, weekly, monthly, or manually on request.

An administrator can pay out the coach balance at any time. After payout, the coach's balance decreases, and the operation is logged in the coach’s financial journal. The payout amount is subtracted from the 'Unpaid money to coaches'.

The balance can be manually adjusted for fixing mistakes, adding bonuses, withholdings, or migrating data. Adjustments are not linked to any lesson and simply change the total balance.

After a lesson is completed, funds are not automatically considered paid. The process: student pays for lesson → lesson ends → coach's reward is credited → amount moves to ‘Unpaid money to coaches’ → admin pays out → the debt owed by the school to the coach decreases.
