Chess Coach Asghar Golizadeh (GM)

Asghar Golizadeh (GM), a Grandmaster with a FIDE rating of 2457, is based in Tabriz, Iran. He became a Grandmaster in 2010 and holds a PhD in Exercise Physiology. Asghar is a two-time Iran Champion and has been a FIDE trainer since 2020. With over 14 years of coaching experience, he founded a chess school in Iran where he taught for 7 years. Currently, he serves as the head coach of the Iran national youth teams.

Asghar offers lessons in English, Turkish, Azerbaijani, and Persian, with coaching fees available upon request. He is eager to share his extensive knowledge and experience through both direct training and various online platforms.

Having played over 5,000 blitz games with a rating of 2708, Asghar is equipped to help students improve their skills and strategies. He also actively solves chess puzzles and promotes chess through his school in Iran.
