On December 25, 2024, the New Year chess tournament took place at the Children's Creativity Center of the Lenin District, organized by Coach Sergey Bugaev.

On December 22, a tournament on fast chess was held at the chess club on 3rd Dachnaya, featuring participants from 2007-2020 birth years.

From October 23 to 24, 2024, the regional chess competitions took place for students residing in rural areas and small towns, with the finals held from November 8 to 15.
