The International Congress on Chess Composition will take place in Jurmala
The International Chess Composition Federation (WFCC) has chosen Latvia as the venue for the 66th International Congress and the 47th World Championship for chess compositions. The event will be held from July 27 to August 3, 2024, in the city of Jurmala, at the Jurmala SPA hotel. In 2008, Jurmala already hosted a similar congress, where the Russian team became the world champion.
