Subscription System Workflow
Subscription templates are created by administrators. Subscriptions for students are then based on these templates.
After assignment, the student's subscription is available and can be used for lesson billing.
When a lesson is finished, the system automatically chooses the active subscription to calculate the lesson payment.
After the lesson is completed, the lesson cost is deducted from the student's balance according to the subscription terms.
Once funds are deducted, the system credits the coach’s reward according to the subscription conditions and the coach’s rate.
The transaction is reflected in the school's finances, affecting coach settlements and cash flow.
FAQ
What happens if a student doesn't have an active subscription?
If there is no active subscription, the lesson may either not be billed, or be charged at standard rates depending on school policy.
Can one subscription be shared across multiple students?
By default, a subscription is assigned to a single student and cannot be shared. Separate subscriptions need to be created for each student.
