If the student’s balance is insufficient when closing the lesson, the system will automatically deduct the amount, and the student’s balance will become negative. The negative balance is highlighted in red.

To see all debtors, go to the Subscriptions page and use the 'Balance' filter to sort students with a negative balance.

All actions, including deductions, debts, and replenishments, are shown in the student's balance transaction history. Here you can find details for every transaction.

Can lessons take place if a student has a negative balance?

Yes, the system allows lessons to occur even with a negative balance. The balance automatically goes negative and the debt is shown in red.

Where can I see students who currently have debt?

Open the Subscriptions page and use the balance filter to show only students with a negative balance.

How do I know when a student topped up after going into debt?

Review the student's transaction history — all recent payments and debt clearances are logged there.
